VISO Inc. is offering its manufacturing and assembly facilities to supply medical equipment to the Canadian public.
(March 23, 2020) Toronto, Ontario– VISO Inc., the Toronto-based decorative lighting design and fabrication firm is looking at all available options to support the Canadian public during the COVID-19 health crisis. As such, the company’s proposal to the Ontario government outlines a plan to leverage its manufacturing and assembly facilities, as well as its global supply chain to support the public during this time.
The Ontario government has launched Ontario Together, a new website that will help businesses and their employees work with the province to meet the challenges of COVID-19. This initiative will remove barriers allowing Ontario’s manufacturing sector to redeploy capacity towards the production of essential equipment like ventilators, masks and swabs.
This non-for-profit initiative will help provide the necessary support to the Canadian government and the public.
“We are currently looking at all available options on how we can help our front-line workers and Canadians who need to be hospitalized. Not only do we want to help the public with getting access to the supplies they so urgently need at this time, but we want to make sure we share our capabilities made possible through our vast international supply chain.” Tzetzy Naydenova, President of VISO Inc. said.
