When it came time to name this fixture, the VISO team had exhausted all possibilities during a long brainstorming session. Matrioshka, The Russian Doll, Peanut, Droplet and Gummy Bear were all contenders but the team could not decide on just one. In light of the challenge, VISO decided to host a contest that challenged the visitors of the Light + Building trade fair to choose a name for the fixture. When visitors started calling it No Name… it stuck!

Destined to be nameless, No Name is an hourglass shaped LED suspension light fixture that comes in two semi translucent finishes: Copper and Silver. The effect varies as the LED light hits the different curves of the fixture, making each No Name light unique. Filipe Lisboa, head designer and CEO of VISO wanted to keep “an organic quality” by allowing variances in the width (and curves) of the light.
