VISO is thrilled to welcome Dave Nicoll as our new Head of Operations. Dave brings nearly two decades of experience in the lighting and manufacturing sector to VISO. He thrives in structure implementation, business development, sales and marketing.
Dave started his lighting journey at Rosco Laboratories where he took the lead in developing and growing their LED business. He then took his skills to DLC Lumisheet where, as Operations Manager, he led the restructuring of their operations, managed the ERP implementation and oversaw aspects of their business development.
At VISO, Dave’s scope of responsibilities includes increasing efficiency within our operations, establishing a clear structure around production and project management, accelerating delivery times and improving quality control and customer service.
