In this time of uncertainty, VISO is committed to delivering on our promise to our staff and clients. As such, multiple production facilities are fully operational and on-track to meet timely deliveries and commitments to our clients.
Over the years, VISO has worked hard to diversify our supply chain and set up multiple production facilities that mirror our true international nature. We want you to know that we are well set up to produce and deliver lighting fixtures for projects on budget and on time.
This means:
-Our in-house design team located in Canada, Portugal and China are fully set up to work from home with the latest state-of-the-art technology.
-Our production facilities in Canada remain open in order to take and fulfil orders.
-Our production facility in Portugal is fully operational and will continue to monitor the health advisories of local government and act accordingly.
-Our production facility in China is ramping up production as the country is almost back to normal life and able to fabricate new orders.
-We are working closely with our carriers to ensure that deliveries are being shipped out on time.
-We have implemented a series of measures to keep our employees, clients, suppliers and the community around us safe and healthy. This includes a staff hygiene campaign and having our facilities professionally disinfected daily.
-Our office staff has been set up to work from home to encourage social distancing.
-All meetings are being held via ZOOM video conferencing as we continue to do business and help the economy.
Everyone at VISO is committed to fulfilling all orders and to supporting our clients 100%. We recognize these may be trying times but we made a promise to our staff and our clients and we are never one to under-deliver!
